Innocence Fraud with Roberta Glass (Part 1)

When the Guilty are Rebranded as Innocent

"Truth will ultimately prevail where there is pains to bring it to light
- George Washington

I first met Roberta over a year ago, at the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. It was the first time I had watched a trial in person, but for Roberta, it was nothing new. She had been at the courthouse for the NXIVM trial and Larry Ray. She had also researched and read the court documents and transcripts for numerous other ones as well. (All covered in her True Crime Podcast). Her knowledge was most evident on days when I would find myself lost and confused, listening to the lawyers argue, but Roberta was able to follow along and explain what was going on to me.

Roberta was the one who had introduced me to the “Innocence Fraud Movement”. To explain this movement: it is a grift. Organizations such as the “Innocence Project” have a team of lawyers represent convicted murderers, years after their verdict, and try to have that conviction overturned. In the process, they make a profit from the media and from the civil lawsuits against the city.

These convicted murderer’s have documentaries, podcasts and the media reporting on their alleged innocence. An easy task as they intentionally leave out the facts and details of the crime. Instead they try to provoke the audience to feel bad for the criminal. The worst part is that it completely ignores the actual victim. Families who have been mourning their loss are forced to re-live the trauma again, while these innocence groups make a profit.

Kim Kardashian, Innocence Project and George Soros

Ignoring the victim isn’t just limited to these organizations. The celebrities who work with them do the same. Kim Kardashian has openly spoken out in support of convicted killer Julius Jones, the man who killed Paul Howell. Howell was returning home with his two daughters and his sister, after taking them out for ice cream, when Jones fired a bullet into his head. Jones’ was trying to steal Howell’s car to then sell for parts.

Kim cited racism as one of the main reasons for Jones’ conviction, while leaving out the fact that the killer was identified as wearing a bandana during the time of the murder. The fact that that bandana was found in Jones’ home, with it wrapped over the murder weapon that was used to kill Howell. The fact that that bandana was tested for DNA, which came back with a positive match to Jones. But for Kim, the victim does not exist. Instead, she has talked about how sad it must be for Jones’ to not have had any physical contact with his family, yet not once has she mentioned the void that the family of Paul Howell must feel since his passing.

Interestingly enough, Kim’s father Robert Kardashian was one of O.J. Simpson’s defense attorneys, during the 1995 murder trial. On that team was also defense attorney Barry Scheck, the founder of the Innocence Project.

The Innocence Project describes itself as working “to free the innocent, prevent wrongful convictions, and create fair, compassionate, and equitable systems of justice for everyone”. Meanwhile they have received millions from the Open Society Foundations, an organization that is donated to heavily by George Soros. Soros has also helped to elect DA’s throughout the US, who have released some of these convicted murderers and these DA’s are also responsible for the rising crime rates in their city.

In addition to Paul Howell, there is also the murder of Hae Min Lee by Adnan Syed.

Adnan Syed

In 1999, in the state of Maryland, 18 year old high school student Hae Min Lee went missing. Her body was found 6 weeks later. The cause of death was strangulation.

Her ex boyfriend Adnan Syed was arrested as the prime suspect, for numerous reasons. His alibi kept changing. His friend testified at the trial that he helped Adnan bury Hae Min Lee’s body. Adnan also had a cell phone at that time, which pinged his location to the same area where Hae was found, around the same time when the murder is believed to have taken place. Phone records have also shown that Adnan would call Hae everyday, several times a day, and stopped the day Hae went missing.

Prior to her death, Hae wrote in her diary about Adnan’s controlling and aggressive behavior. Hae and Adnan would also write letters back and forth to each other. In one of those letters, Adnan wrote saying that he was going to kill.

(Fore more details on Syed’s guilt, check out this video: Adnan Syed is GUILTY ).

Considering the evidence, the jury deliberated for only two hours before finding Adnan Syed guilty. Yet two decades later, Marilyn Mosby, the State's Attorney for Baltimore at that time, who received funding from Soros, vacated Adnan’s conviction in a court hearing. Hae Min Lee’s family were only given a weekend’s notice about this hearing, violating their opportunity to participate.

Hae Min Lee’s family has since appealed, and Syed’s conviction has been reinstated. A new hearing is set to take place.

But Hae Min Lee and Paul Howell are not the only victims of this innocence fraud. Sadly there are many more. If you are interested in learning more about this fraudulent movement, I encourage you to check out the links below, and stay tuned for part 2 of my discussion with Roberta Glass.
